NOTICE OF ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT WORKSHEET AVAILABLE FOR PUBLIC
REVIEW AND COMMENT
A Mandatory Environmental Assessment Worksheet (EAW) has been prepared for a project by Pilgrim Point Shores, LLC that consists of a combined lot and block/PUD residential subdivision located on approximately 35.5 acres on the east shore of Lake Ida in Douglas County. Initial activities will include roadway construction, public sanitary sewer installation, and construction of permanent stormwater management facilities, followed by individual lot construction. No public water supply is available-private wells will be used. Twenty-eight riparian lots, four non-riparian lots, and fourteen single-family townhome lots will be developed.
Copies of the EAW are available for review in the Douglas County Land & Resource Management Office, Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm or via the internet at www.co.douglas.mn.us under the "Current News" section. Comments regarding the EAW must be made in writing and submitted to David Rush, Douglas County Land & Resource Management, 305 8th Ave W, Alexandria, MN, 56308 or by email to daveru@co.douglas.mn.us. Written comments become part of the public record and must be received no later than 4:30 pm on July 8, 2021.
