Approve minutes of the May 5, 2020 Regular Meeting. Motion carried.
Adopt Resolution 20-48 accepting NG911 Grant for Call Premise Equipment in the amount of $15,211.52. Motion carried.
Approve the 3-year contract with Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc. for GIS Software in the amount of $115,500.00. Motion carried.
Approve the request to advertise for SAP 021-607-027 bids. Motion carried.
Approve entering into a contract with Douglas Soil and Water Conservation District (SWCD) for temporary, part-time administrative and educational support services not to exceed a total of 500 hours and $16,500.00. Motion carried.
Approve the revised Joint Powers Agreement for the Chippewa River Watershed Association. Motion carried.

Direct the Douglas County Auditor /Treasurer to temporarily reduce the July 2020-June 2021 on-sale license fees by 50% (due to the Stay at Home order related to COVID-19 pandemic). Motion carried.
Adopt Resolution 20-50 establishing a Ballot Board. Motion carried.
Approve hiring up to four temporary election clerks (Grade 5, Step 1) to assist in the election process, the processing of absentee and mail ballots, and to assist with entry of property tax payments as time permits. Motion carried.
Adopt Resolution 20-51 Designating Mail Ballot Polling Place. Motion carried.
Approve the Red Willow Arts Coalition application for a Permit To Use Douglas County Property For An Event, allowing concert events to be held on the Douglas County Courthouse north lawn between the dates of June 25 - August 27, 2020, Thursday nights only, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Motion carried.
Approve discussing lifting the hiring freeze at the June 2nd Board meeting. Motion carried.
Adjourn the meeting at 10:45 a.m. Motion carried.
