NOTICE RELATING TO
GENERAL OBLIGATION CAPITAL FACILITIES BONDS OF
INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 206 (ALEXANDRIA),
MINNESOTA
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Independent School District No. 206 (Alexandria), Minnesota (the District) intends to issue its General Obligation Capital Facilities Bonds, Series 2020A (the Bonds) in August 2020 pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 123B.62 and Chapter 475 (the Bonds) in the approximate principal amount of $1,915,000. The proceeds of the Bonds will be used to finance re-roofing and parking lot replacement projects (collectively, the Project), as described in the list of proposed projects to be submitted to the Commissioner of Education of the State of Minnesota. A copy of the list of proposed projects will be on file with the District and available for public inspection at the District offices during regular business hours. The total amount of outstanding indebtedness of the District as of June 1, 2020 is $83,645,000. Any interested person may submit written comments relating to the Bonds or the Project to the District.
