The special meeting of the Board of Education of Alexandria School District, Alexandria, Minnesota, was called to order by School Board Chairperson Dean Anderson at 6:30 a.m. in the District Office Oak Conference Room, Alexandria, Minnesota.
School Board Members Present: Dean Anderson, Dave Anderson, Pam Carlson, Angie Krebs, Sandy Susag, Bob Cunniff, Alan Zeithamer, and (ex-officio) Superintendent Rick Sansted. Absent: None
Administration Present: Trevor Peterson, Lynn Jenc and Darcy Josephson
Others Present: Maggie Timm
APPROVAL OF AGENDA
Motion by Carlson, seconded by Susag, to approve the agenda for the special meeting on November 13, 2020.

RESOLUTION RELATED TO CANVASSING RETURNS OF SPECIAL ELECTION
