The regular meeting of the school board was called to order by Chairperson Becky Hensley. The following members were present: Michael Collins, Justin Dahlheimer, Greg Faber, Becky Hensley, Genny LeBrun, Amy Weisser and Superintendent Randal Bergquist. Also in attendance were Celeste Edenloff, Travis Gulbrandson, Dan Wessel, and Melanie Stier.
It was moved by Faber, seconded by Weisser, to approve the agenda. The motion carried unanimously.

It was moved by LeBrun, seconded by Dahlheimer, to approve the following general consent items: the minutes of the June 14, 2021, regular meeting; the bills in the amount of $241,378.85 check numbers 67056-67070; hand payables in the amount of $342,618.86 check numbers 67001-67055; wire transfers in the amount of $643,492.54, the Revolving Fund in the amount of $1,003.05 check numbers 11236- 11260 and the student activity account fund in the amount of $7,814.89 check numbers 7401-7412. The board acknowledged receiving the treasurer's report. The motion carried unanimously.
It was moved by LeBrun, seconded by Faber, to approve the following personnel consent items: approve the following resignation: Laken Lymburner, C Squad Volleyball Coach; approve the hiring of the following positions: Hanna Lundeen, Mental Health Practitioner/ADSIS at per Master Agreement amount of $47,661, Hannah Eberle, Special Education Teacher at per Master Agreement amount of $46,343, Vicki Hinrichs, Summer School Bus Driver at $23.33 per hour, Chad Schwanke, Summer School Bus Driver at $22.16 per hour, Scott Baker, Summer School Bus Driver at $23.33 per hour; approve the following lane change: Joey Andreasen, BS+45 to MS. The motion carried unanimously.
It was moved by Collins, seconded by Dahlheimer, to approve the Acceptance of Gift Resolution. The motion carried unanimously.
It was moved by LeBrun, seconded by Faber, to renew Property Insurance for the 2021-2022 school year at $50,641.61. The motion carried unanimously.
It was moved by Faber, seconded by Collins, to renew Worker's Compensation Insurance for the 2021- 2022 school year at $23,102. The motion carried unanimously.
It was moved by LeBrun, seconded by Dahlheimer, to renew Network Security & Privacy Liability Insurance for the 2021-2022 school year at $3,527. The motion carried unanimously.
It was moved by Collins, seconded by Faber, to approve calling for fuel bids. The motion carried unanimously.
It was moved by Dahlheimer, seconded by Faber, to approve a Resolution Calling for a Special Election. The motion carried unanimously.
It was moved by LeBrun, seconded by Collins, to approve membership in MREA for the 2021-2022 school year at $1,724. The motion carried unanimously.
It was moved by Faber, seconded by Dahlheimer, to approve the (LTFM) Long Term Facilities Maintenance 10 Year Plan. The motion carried unanimously.
It was moved by Weisser, seconded by Collins, to approve the 2021 summer school budget and staffing. The motion carried unanimously.
It was moved by Dahlheimer, seconded by LeBrun, to approve the MOU between Gretchen Resley and Osakis Public School. The motion carried unanimously.
It was moved by Collins, seconded by Weisser, to approve dehumidification for the high school gym. The motion carried unanimously.
It was moved by LeBrun, seconded by Weisser, to approve a $2,000,000 base bus garage with changes including drive through doors and gravel in place of tar, for a total of $2,130,000. The motion carried unanimously.
