NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARADIS BROADCASTING OF ALEXANDRIA, INC.
To all Creditors and Claimants:
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Paradis Broadcasting of Alexandria, Inc., is dissolving and is in the process of winding up its affairs. A Statement of Intent to Dissolve Paradis Broadcasting of Alexandria, Inc., was filed with the Minnesota Secretary of State on April 9, 2020.
Any and all claims against Paradis Broadcasting of Alexandria, Inc., must be presented in writing within 90 days of the first date of publication of this Notice. All written claims must be presented to Paradis Broadcasting of Alexandria, Inc., in care of Jeffrey C. Thompson, Esq., Howse & Thompson, P.A., 3189 Fernbrook Lane North, Plymouth, Minnesota 55447.
