To approve the purchase of 32 OmniBallot Assistive Voting Devices, related accessories and training from Seachange Election Services at a maximum cost of $150,000 without funding. Motion carried.
To approve the Non-Medical Unpaid Leave of Absence for Non-Union Employees Policy, as presented by Heather Schlangen, County Coordinator. Motion carried.
To leave it up to the Department Heads as to what they need to do to protect themselves, their employees and the public and to keep in touch with the Coordinator and PIO officer to make sure the public knows what is going on and we leave it in their hands as to what needs to be done to take care of our customers. Motion carried.
To place a hiring freeze on non-priority one services until the next Board of Commissioners meeting on April 7, 2020 at which time the topic will be revisited. Motion carried.
