The Board of Commissioners in and for the County of Douglas, State of Minnesota, met in Emergency Special Session this 1st day of April 2020. The full text is available for public inspection at the County Auditor/Treasurer’s Office.
To rescind the March 31, 2020 motion approving the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) excluding those listed as emergency responders, health care, and public health as allowed by FFCRA. Motion carried.
To abide by the Federal Standards (Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA)) with no exclusions. Motion carried.
By consensus the Board will allow employees to park in the Courthouse public parking lots while the building is closed to the public.
To adjourn the meeting at 4:36 p.m. Motion carried.
