The Board of Commissioners in and for the County of Douglas, State of Minnesota, met in Regular Session this 16th day of March 2021. The full text is available for public inspection in the County Auditor/Treasurer’s Office.
The County Board moved into Closed Session as permitted by section 13D.05, subdivision 3(a), to evaluate the performance of the following non-elected department heads: Laurie Bonds, Susan Crotteau, Brent Birkeland, Keith Albertsen, Tim Erickson, Julie Anderson, Dave Rush, and Jill Frisell (goal setting only).
The Closed Session ended at 1:33 p.m.
To approve Resolution 21-36 supporting the Chippewa Park Bridge Grant. Motion carried.
To approve filling to fill a full time Centralized Accounting Technician vacancy and any subsequent vacancies. Motion carried.
To adjourn the meeting at 1:35 p.m. Motion carried.
