Notice of Public Hearing
Pursuant to Section 10.23 of the Alexandria City Code, the Alexandria Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Monday, April 20, 2020 at 7:00 pm in the Alexandria City Hall to consider the Conditional Use application of Jon Haabala. The applicant is requesting to allow the addition of a second dwelling unit, thus creating a multi-family/mixed use building in a B-1 “General Business” zoning district. The property is located at 1207 State Hwy 29 N and is legally described as: “Petersons Highway Park, Lot 3, Section 17 Township 128, Range 37, Douglas County, Minnesota.”
