Public Notice Notice of Public Hearing Pursuant to Section 10.23 of the Alexandria City Code, the Alexandria Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, February 21, 2023 at 7:00 pm in the Alexandria City Hall to consider the Zoning District Amendment for Sacred Journey Academy. The applicant is requesting to rezone two parcels from an I-B “Industrial Business” to a B-1 “General Business” zoning district. The properties are located at 4133 Iowa Street (currently occupied by Indigo Signs) and the vacant lot north, and are legally described as “S’ly .72 AC of Lot 1, Blk 3; & All of Lot 5, Blk 3 ‘Heritage Industrial Park’, AC 3.83 AND Lot 1, Blk 3, Ex S’ly .72 AC, AC 3.04, Section 36, Township 128, Range 38, Douglas County, Minnesota”. Notice of this hearing has been mailed to all property owners of record within 350 feet of the property in question. The public is invited to attend this hearing.
