CITY OF OSAKIS PUBLIC HEARING FOR A VARIANCE PERMIT
A Public Hearing will be held before the Osakis Planning & Zoning Commission on September 17th, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, at the Osakis City Hall, 14 Nokomis Street East, Osakis, MN 56360.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider a Variance Request submitted by Michael Manders for an addition that does not meet the required setback as per Osakis Zoning Ordinance for the property at 109 Pike Street East, Osakis, MN.
All interested parties should be present wishing to be heard regarding the above request or send correspondence of the matter to: City of Osakis, Attn: Angela Jacobson, City Clerk, PO Box 486, Osakis, MN 56360 at least two days before the Public Hearing Date of September 17th , 2020.
