Public Hearing Publish September 23, 2022 NOTICE OF ROAD ESTABLISHMENT HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, the town board of Moe Township, Douglas County, Minnesota will conduct a public hearing on the 11th day of October, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. at Reubens Court SW, Farwell, Minnesota, for the purpose of considering and acting upon a petition it received calling for the establishment of the following described road: That road, identified as Reubens Court SW, established by the Plat of Red Pine Ridge, filed October 20, 2020. All persons interested in this matter are encouraged to attend the hearing.
