Pursuant to Section 11.01 the Alexandria City Code, the Alexandria Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Monday, June 21, 2021 at 7:00 pm in the Alexandria City Hall to consider the Exception to Platting ("split") application for Douglas County HRA. The applicant is requesting to allow a one-time split of the westerly 3.49 acres of an approximately 14-acre parcel of unplatted property presently located in an R-1 "Single Family Residential" zoning district. This is a split for conveyance, not for development. The property is located at 1231 N Nokomis NE and is legally described as: "S 20 AC of S2SW4 Ex: .46 AC in the SW Cor, .95 AC, .22 AC for Rd & 4.37 AC, Section 08, Township 128, Range 37, Douglas County, Minnesota."
