Notice of Public Hearing
Pursuant to Section 10.23 of the Alexandria City Code, the Alexandria Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Monday, June 21, 2021 at 7:10 pm in the Alexandria City Hall to consider the Conditional Use application of Sally Janssen dba Scooters Coffee Drive Thru. The applicant is requesting to allow a small drive thru coffee kiosk with parking designated for employees only in a B-1 "General Business" zoning district. The property is located at 603 N Nokomis Street and is legally described as: ".3 AC of SW4NW4, AC .3, Section 17, Township 128, Range 37, Douglas County, Minnesota." (Note that MnDOT will only allow access to this site from Carlos Avenue.)
