Public Hearing Publish March 23, 2022 City of Carlos NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the Carlos City Council will convene on Thursday, April 7, 2022 at 7:00 PM at Carlos City Hall, 109 1st St. W., Carlos, MN to conduct the following public hearing(s): Ordinance Amendments to adopt an Official Zoning Map as required under Section 151.05 of the Carlos City Code and to amend Sections 151.25(D), 151.26(D) and 151.27(B) and (C). The purpose of the zoning map would be to place all properties within the entire City in one of five zoning districts: 1) Single Family Residential; 2) Multi-Family Resdiential; 3) Central Business; 4) Commercial; or 5) Industrial. Land within each district would be regulated as per the City Code. The purpose of the amendments to the listed sections of the existing City Code is to amend the listing of conditional uses in the Central Business and Commercial districts and the listing of permitted and conditional uses in the Industrial District.
