NOTICE OF A PLANNING
COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING TO RECEIVE COMMENTS ON THE COMPREHENSIVE
PLAN UPDATE
Pursuant to Minn. Stat 462.355, Subd. 2, notice is hereby given that the Osakis Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on July 15, 2021, at 7:00 p.m., at the Osakis City Hall Council Chambers, 14 Nokomis Street East, Osakis, MN. The purpose of this public hearing is to present and consider a recommendation of approval for the Osakis Comprehensive Plan Update.
The Comprehensive Plan is a long-range plan that will guide the future growth and development of the City of Osakis over the next 10 years. The plan addresses topics such as land use, housing, parks, transportation, economic development, and community infrastructure.
You may view the document in advance of the meeting by reviewing a copy located at city hall or by requesting an electronic copy.

All interested parties are urged to attend the public hearing or give written testimony to be read at the hearing. Interested parties should submit comments no later than 4:00 p.m. on July 15, 2021.
