Public Hearing Publish July 29, 2022 Notice of Public Hearing Pursuant to Section 11.01 of the Alexandria City Code, the Alexandria Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Monday, August 15, 2022 at 7:20 pm in the Alexandria City Hall to consider the Exception to Platting (“split”) application for The Massman Companies. The applicant is requesting to allow a one-time split of unplatted property located in a B-1 “General Business” zoning district. The property is located in the southwest corner of 2233 34th Ave W and is legally described as: “E2SE4, AC 80, Section 26, Township 128, Range 38, Douglas County, Minnesota”, on the northwest corner of Nevada Street and 34th Ave/County Road 46 West. Notice of this hearing has been mailed to all property owners of record within 350 feet of the property in question. The public is invited to attend this hearing.
