Notice of Public Hearing
Pursuant to Section 10.23 of the Alexandria City Code, the Alexandria Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on August 16, 2021 at 7:00 pm in the Alexandria City Hall to consider the Conditional Use Permit application of Unique Development, LLP. The applicant is requesting to allow the construction of a 24-unit, three story apartment building with 42 surface parking stalls and a 6-stall detached garage in an R-3 "Medium Density" zoning district. The property is located at 1810 6th Ave E. The site has been split and a new parcel number will be assigned to the northerly portion.
