Public Hearing Publish August 17, September 21, 2022 Notice of Public Hearing The Douglas County HRA will hold a Public Hearing on October 13, 2022 at 9:15 - 9:30 A.M. at the Douglas County HRA office for discussion/acceptance of the proposed 2023 Public Housing Authority’s 5 Year Action Plan, Annual Plan, and additions to the Public Housing Admissions and Occupancy Policy and Chapter 15, page 63, #12 of the Section 8 Admin Plan. The PHA 5 Year Plan, Annual Plan, the Public Housing Admissions and Occupancy Policy and the Section 8 Admin Plan will be available for public review beginning Wednesday, August 17, 2022, and ending on October 7, 2022. The HRA’s office is located at 1224 N. Nokomis Street, Alexandria, MN 56308 and is open to the public Monday-Thursday 8AM - 12 Noon and 12:30 PM to 4:30 PM.
