HEARING FOR REZONING
A Public Hearing will be held before the Osakis Planning & Zoning Commission on April 15th, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, at the Osakis Community Center, 20 Nokomis Street West, Osakis, MN 56360.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider a rezoning request submitted by Helmer and Jeannette Wright for the property at 609-611 1st Avenue East, Osakis, MN from R-1 (Low Density Residential) to C-3 (Highway Commercial).
All interested parties should be present wishing to be heard regarding the above request or send correspondence of the matter to: City of Osakis, Attn: Angela Jacobson, City Clerk, PO Box 486, Osakis, MN 56360 at least two days before the Public Hearing Date of April 15th, 2021.
