CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
A Public Hearing will be held before the Osakis Planning & Zoning Commission on April 15th, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, at the Osakis Community Center, 20 Nokomis Street West, Osakis, MN 56360.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider a Conditional Use Permit Request submitted by Leonard and Kimra Boogaard for an Off-Premise Advertising Sign for the property at 680 1st Avenue East, Osakis, MN.
All interested parties should be present wishing to be heard regarding the above request or send correspondence of the matter to: City of Osakis, Attn: Angela Jacobson, City Clerk, PO Box 486, Osakis, MN 56360 at least two days before the Public Hearing Date of April 15th, 2021.
