Notice of Public Hearing
Pursuant to Section 11.01 and 10.23 of the Alexandria City Code, the Alexandria Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Monday, May 17, 2021 at 7:00 pm in the Alexandria City Hall to consider the Exception to Platting (“split”) and rezoning applications for Anita Ferguson. The applicant is requesting to allow a one-time split of 36.86 acres of unplatted property presently located in an R/VA “Vacant/Agricultural Residential” zoning district, and to rezone the split parcel to I-1, “Light Industrial”. The property is located at 2290 Co Rd 82 NW and is legally described as: “E 10’ of Lot C (G.Lot 7) “Auditors Sub of Pt of G.Lots 6 & 7”; SE4SE4 Ex N 375’ of E 400’, Section 14, Township 128, Range 38, Douglas County, Minnesota.”
