AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY CODE SECTION 10.04, SUBDIVISION 2 REZONING CERTAIN AREAS IN THAT BLOCK LYING BETWEEN THIRD AVENUE AND FOURTH AVENUE AND BETWEEN MAPLE STREET AND NOKOMIS STREET
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Alexandria, acting upon recommendation of its Planning Commission, finds that the subject area is suitable for rezoning,
NOW, THEREFORE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALEXANDRIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Zoning Map of the City of Alexandria adopted by City Code Section 10.04, subdivision 2, be hereby amended by rezoning the lands legally described in this Section from their existing zoning designations to "B-1, General Business".
The North 55' of Lot 4, Block 12 of Hicks Fourth Addition
AND
Lot 8, Block 12 of
Hicks Fourth Addition
AND
Lots 3 and 4, Block 8,
Holes Addition
SECTION II. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication.
