NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO SUSPEND OR REVOKE A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT. Please take notice that on the 15th day of February at 9:02 a.m., Douglas County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing at the County Commissioners Room, Douglas County Administration Building, 821 Cedar Street, Alexandria, Minnesota 56308. The purpose of the hearing is to take evidence and make a decision on the suspension or revocation of conditional use permit #CU-000031 issued in June 2018 to Virkus Properties LLC to allow a special event facility for up to 500 people on property described as 17.32 ac of NE4 lying N of Hwy 27 r/w, E of JD #2 & W of cl Gopher Lane.
