LAKE MARY TOWNSHIP NOTICE OF MARCH MONTHLY MEETING, ACCURACY TEST, ELECTION OF OFFICERS, ANNUAL MEETING AND BOARD OF CANVAS MEETING The Lake Mary Township regular MONTHLY MEETING will be held at 7:00 PM on Monday, March 13, 2023 at the Lake Mary Town Hall. Notice is hereby given to qualified voters of Lake Mary Township, County of Douglas, and the State of Minnesota, that the Annual Election of Town Officers and Annual Town Meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 14, 2023. The Election Poll hours will be from 2 PM to 8 PM, at which time the voters will elect: 1- SUPERVISOR for a 3-YEAR TERM 1- TREASURER for a 2-YEAR TERM The ANNUAL MEETING will commence at 8:15 PM to conduct all necessary business prescribed by law. The BOARD OF CANVAS MEETING will be held immediately following the ANNUAL MEETING. In case of inclement weather, the election and Annual Meeting may be postponed until Tuesday March 21, 2023. A public accuracy test of voting equipment to be used at the township elections will be held Saturday, March 11, 2023 at 9:00 AM.
