Ad for Bids CALL FOR BID ALOMERE HEALTH NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the Director of Materials Management at Alomere Health, 111-17th Ave, Alexandria, MN, in the Lobby Meeting Room until 2:00 P.M., March 15th, 2023. Bids are being sought for: ALEXANDRIA CLINIC WEST PARKING LOT Construction Documents are available at the office of Hagstrom Engineering, 219 6th Avenue E, Alexandria. Electronic files may be requested by emailing mhagstrom@hagstromeng.com. A Pre-Bid meeting will be held on March 2nd from 9am-10am at the Alexandria Clinic Main Level Conference Room. Request for Information (RFI) shall be submitted to mhagstrom@hagstromeng.com by March 7th. RFls will be answered on March 13th to all plan holders. Alomere Health will notify winning Contractor on April 5th. The Alomere Health Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waiver any defects therein. Labeled Sealed Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, Certified Check or Cashier’s Check made payable to ALOMERE HEAL TH in an amount equal to Five (5) percent of the bid.
