A suspect was taken into custody and there is no threat to the public, according to police.
The effort on May 10 involved local law enforcement and emergency responders who conducted a dramatic and realistic presentation of the events that could occur in a teen traffic crash.
He was transferred to Children's Hospital and is in stable condition.
