1. 7 p.m. Public hearing for a conditional use permit for Alomere Health. The applicant is requesting to allow an addition on the north side of the existing hospital building of approximately 900 square feet. The lower level of the addition will contain a therapy pool to support their rehabilitation services. The main level will consist of a shell space to be programmed at a later date (likely expansion space for the existing ER services). The addition will be located in an R-B “Residential-Business” zoning district. The property is at 111 17th Ave. E.

2. 7:10 p.m. Public hearing for a subdivision/street vacation for Douglas and Rachel Selchow. The applicant is requesting the combination of Outlots A, B and C of “Summer Meadows” into one parcel and to vacate the majority of the platted but until Season Drive (platted as Ridgeview Terrace). This would allow a personal residence to be built, leaving in place the conservation easement of Outlot A. These lots are located in an R-1 “Single Family Residential” zoning district.
