The Twin Cities-based family singers, the Steeles, will perform in Alexandria at 7 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 5, at the Alexandria Area High School Performing Arts Center.

Brought to town by Theatre L'Homme Dieu, the Steeles are known for their annual holiday concerts and often perform to sold-out audiences.

One of their members, Jearlyn Steele, is well known for her long-time involvement with Garrison Keillor's A Prairie Home Companion radio show on public radio.

"Christmas with the Steeles" includes beloved sacred and secular sounds of the season.

The cost is $28 for adults and $15 for students plus ticketing fees.
