Artists focus on works of art. They might also want to pay attention to "Work of Art," a series of monthly workshops in Alexandria focusing on business skills for artists.

Offered by Springboard for the Arts, an economic and community development organization for artists and by artists, the classes are aimed at visual, performing and literary artists. All classes will be at Grand Arbor by Knute Nelson, 4403 Pioneer Road SE.
