A dance performance about a summer of friendships will continue at 7:30 p.m. Friday, July 12 and Saturday, July 13 at Theatre L'Homme Dieu in Alexandria.

Produced and performed by Twin Cities-based SHAPESHIFT Theatrical, "Grey Skies Blue" blends hip-hop and contemporary dance with theater. Ten accomplished dancers use small combos and full ensemble and solo pieces, fused with popular and old school music and props. They explore emotional themes of family, race, love, and betrayal.

Next up at Theatre L'Homme Dieu, St. Paul-based Bucket Brigade Theatre presents the romantic comedy "'Til Death: A Marriage Musical," performed by two real-life-married couples and sponsored, appropriately, by Lind Family Funeral & Cremation Services.

Written by playwright Jeremiah Gamble, it's about a long-married couple stuck in a tiny cabin with a honeymooning couple.

Performance dates are 7:30 p.m. from Tuesday-Saturday, July 16-20, and a second performance on Thursday, July 18, at 1:30 p.m.
