The Echo Press will be LIVE at the Polar Plunge , which is set take place Sunday, April 11, at 1 p.m.
The Alexandria Polar Plunge will be held at Arrowwood Resort and Conference Center on Lake Darling.
There will be no pre check-in this year. Everyone must check in on the day of the event. Those taking part in the plunge are asked to arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled Plunge time. Parking is available on site (no shuttles due to COVID-19 restrictions).
This year's event is also a bit different as it will be a run-in, run-out event instead of participants jumping in a designated spot. Money raised from the event goes to Special Olympics Minnesota.
