Time is running out to vote in the Best of the Lakes Area contest

This Friday is the last day to cast your votes for your favorites in the Echo Press Best of the Lakes Area contest.

Each category has been narrowed down to the top five with the voting period to end on Friday, Sept. 25.

Each day, you can visit the Best of the Lakes Area contest website and cast your votes in the 96 different categories, including 36 in eats, drinks and entertainment; 20 in shopping; 27 in services; and 13 in health and fitness.

Each time you vote, you are entered into a drawing for a chance to win $250 in Chamber Bucks.

Voting will take place online only.

Those results will be tallied and then the winners will be notified the week of Sept. 28.

The Best of the Lakes Area magazine, which details who the winners are, will be published in early December.
