The official welcome group for newcomers to the Alexandria area will hold an end-of-summer picnic from 5-7 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 21, at City Park in Alexandria.
All current members, alumni, and spouses of the Alexandria Area Newcomers are invited, and are asked to bring a dish to share, chairs, table service and a beverage. The group is for women who are new to the area.
