Paid political letter: Citizens of Mary Franson’s House District Minnesota State Statute 325N, Have you Heard of It?

Ideas and opinions in this letter are those of the writer and do not necessarily reflect the stance of this paper. The author of this letter has paid for its placement. Minnesota Statute 325N was enacted in 2004 to protect Homeowners and updated in 2015 to specifically protect Farmers from Equity Stripping by Scammers. In 2015 Rep. Mary Franson sponsored this important amendment in the Minnesota House and Sen. Bill Ingebrigtsen sponsored the Amendment in the Minnesota Senate. Unfortunately, after the Legislature passed and Governor Dayton signed this Amendment to 325N, evidence proves this important Statute was Not-Enforced at all from 2015 to 2018. There is no evidence showing any enforcement even to this very day. Numerous Farmers have been negatively affected Statewide by the non-enforcement of this Statute. This is a blatant disregard for the financial security of all Minnesota Farmers. Rep. Mary Franson and Sen. Bill Ingebrigtsen have both been made aware of the Non-Enforcement of this Statute and have done Nothing about it! Minnesota Agriculture Commissioner Thom Peterson and Minnesota House Agriculture Chairman Rep. Mike Sundin have also been made aware of the Non-Enforcement of this Statute.

If you feel as strongly as we do about the Non-Enforcement of Statute 325N and Politicians, specifically Rep. Mary Franson, doing nothing about it.
