HVAC UPGRADES,
BELLANCA BUILDING,
ALEXANDRIA AIRPORT
ALEXANDRIA, MN
Sealed bids for the upgrade of the HVAC system to the Bellanca Building at the Alexandria Airport will be received by the Alexandria City Council, at the Alexandria Airport Arrival/Departure Building, 2604 Aga Drive, until 11:00 am on January 29, 2021.
The project consists of the modernization of the Bellanca Building HVAC systems and the removal and disposal of the unused and old systems.
A field review of the building is required of all bidders prior to submitting a bid. Please contact Airport Manager, Kreg Anderson, at 320-760-7175 to schedule a walk-through. Additional details regarding the specific scope of work will be discussed at that time.
All bids will be reviewed by the Airport Manager who will make a recommendation of award to the City Council at their February 8, 2021 City Council meeting. All work is to be completed by March 31, 2021.
