A Listen and Learn webinar offering advice on tackling problems in rural communities will be held on Tuesday, Jan. 26, from 12 to 1 p.m.

Kelly Sayre of The Diamond Arrow Group will be presenting on how to build resiliency and diversity as communities look to grow and prosper. Sayre will talk about how life experiences impact perspectives, how to create and support diverse teams to achieve success, and how to build confidence in overcoming challenges.

The event is open to everyone and is free of charge, put on by the Alexandria Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce in partnership with West Central Initiative.
