Halloween is here and there are plenty of things to do and places to go to fill up on fun and candy. Here’s a list of just some of the activities and places kids can trick-or-treat this year:

Wednesday, Oct. 30

  • 2-4 p.m. The Great Pumpkin Hunt, Runestone Museum, 206 Broadway St., Alexandria

Thursday, Oct. 31

  • 3-6 p.m. Fall Fest in the Fort, Runestone Museum, Alexandria

  • 3-5 p.m. Downtown Alexandria Halloween Trick or Treat

  • 3-5 p.m. Trick or treat at Bethany on the Lake, 1020 Lark St., Alexandria

  • 3-9 p.m. Haunting for the Humane Society, haunted walk through the yard of the home owned by Scott Manis, 903 Park St., Alexandria. The Manis family will hand out toys instead of candy and is asking for pet supply donations, including food, toys and other supplies, for the Lakes Area Humane Society.

  • 4:30-6:30 p.m. Trunk or Treat at Shalom Lutheran Church, 681 Voyager Dr., Alexandria

  • 4:30-6:30 p.m. Treats from Tenants, Arabella Manor, both buildings, 1810 and 1812 Darling Ave. E., Alexandria

  • 4:30-7:30 p.m. Trunk or Treat at Osakis Presbyterian Church Parking Lot, 101 West Oak St., Osakis

  • 5:30-7:30 p.m. Mall-O-Ween Trick or Tricking at Viking Plaza Mall, 3015 Hwy 29 S., Alexandria
