Class of 1956 holds 65th class reunion this weekend

They graduated soon after Elvis Presley first hit the charts.

It was the age of Elvis, Doris Day and Marilyn Monroe when the Alexandria High School Class of 1956 received their diplomas.

Now the class will hold its 65th high school reunion this weekend.

On Friday, July 23, from 4-7 p.m., they will meet at The Lure outdoor patio, and friends are welcome.

On Saturday, July 24, at 11:30 a.m., they will meet at the Corral in Nelson, with a program followed by a buffet at noon. To reserve a spot, contact Class President Dale Schneiderhan at daleandrosemary60@gmail.com or 763-607-6922.
