The Regional Workforce Alliance recently recognized Rural Minnesota Concentrated Employment Program, Inc. (RMCEP) as an inclusive employer.
RMCEP received the Inclusive Workforce Employer (I-WE) designation for its commitment to welcoming potential employees with diverse backgrounds.
The I-WE certificate was created to acknowledge inclusive employers, reduce regional disparities and raise awareness of the value and methods of increasing workforce diversity.
RMCEP helps people find jobs and obtain the necessary training to enter a career in a 19-county region around north central and west central Minnesota, including Douglas County. Free services are available at eight CareerForce locations within this region.
