Dani’s Nature Camp will host the bi-weekly Alexandria Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce “Wake Up Alexandria” event from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. Friday, June 4.
The vision of Dani’s Nature Camp is to get kids outside on a regular basis and help them develop a loving relationship with nature. The camp offers numerous opportunities for kids from a range of ages to explore nature, have fun with friends, get out of their comfort zones and learn about themselves and the world around them.
Those attending this “Wake Up” will meet at Lake Brophy County Park: 1900 Brophy Park Rd. NW.
The event is open to everyone, and a $1 admission is requested. All proceeds will be donated to the day’s nonprofit recipient: Smokey Timbers Campground.
All Chamber members will be placed in a drawing for the Pot of Gold, which is currently valued at more than $3,800.
