Edgewood Management Group (EMG), LLC, a Midwest operator of assisted living communities, has announced the purchase of Clearwater Suites, a 49-unit assisted living facility at 1902, 7th Avenue East, Alexandria.
Edgewood also announced expansion plans to add 15 memory care beds and additional assisted living units this year.
"We are excited about adding this community in beautiful Alexandra, Minnesota to Edgewood's family of senior living communities," said EMG's president and CEO, Phil Gisi. "The addition of memory care services to this community will help fill the need for the growing demand of memory care in the area."
EMG of Grand Forks, North Dakota, owns and/or manages 27 assisted living communities in North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana, Minnesota, Nebraska and Wyoming, with the combined ability to serve more than 1,900 residents.
