Minnesota Millennial Farmer Zach Johnson of Lowry will speak at the Minnesota State Cattlemen’s Association's 2019 annual convention and trade show on Dec. 13-14 at the Willmar Conference Center.
Johnson is a fifth-generation farmer whose You Tube videos attract hundreds of thousands of views. He began his YouTube career in 2016 and now does public speaking engagements.
Speakers also include the association's legislative advisor, Bruce Kleven, and Kent Bacus, senior director of International Trade and Market Access for the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association.
This convention will feature policy discussion and networking opportunities with legislators, government agencies, beef industry representatives and other cattle producers. Topics include faux meat, overgrazing, legislative updates and ways cattle operators can protect themselves from activist and nuisance lawsuits.
