Harris Wayne Iverson, age 82, of Alexandria, passed away Feb. 21, 2009, at Triumph Hospital in Fargo, N.D. Harris was born March 9, 1926, in Elmo Township near Parkers Prairie, the son of Syver and Florence (Barker) Iverson. He attended school at Henning. Harris served his country in the United States Air Force. On April 25, 1947, Harris was united in marriage to Marian Schreiber in Fergus Falls. The couple resided on the family farm in Western Township of Otter Tail County from 1947 to 1965 where they farmed until Harris joined the Otter Tail County Assessor's office.
Memorial services for Patsey Carstens of Donnelly will be held Thursday, Feb. 26, 2009 at 2 p.m. at Zion Lutheran Church in Hoffman. Reverend Donald Wagner will be officiating. Visitation will be held Wednesday from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Pedersen Funeral Home in Morris and for one hour prior to services at the church on Thursday. Burial will in the Zion Lutheran Cemetery in Hoffman. Patsey Cleo Revo, daughter of Lloyd and Ida (Medler) Revo, was born Feb. 27, 1939 in Lorraine, N.D., where she was baptized at the Lutheran Church on Sept. 3, 1939. On Sept.
James Flint, 88, Hoffman, (formerly of Elbow Lake) passed away Saturday, Feb. 21, 2009, at the Hoffman Good Samaritan Center in Hoffman. Funeral services for James Flint will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 25 at the Grace Evangelical Free Church in Elbow Lake with Pastor Don Trulson officiating. Burial will be in the Union Cemetery, Elbow Lake. Visitation will be held at the church on Wednesday one hour prior to the service. James Edward Flint was born in Elbow Lake on Oct. 9, 1920, to Guy M. and Ruby V. (Theobald) Flint.
David Russell Ege, age 19, died on Feb. 17, 2009, in Morris, where he attended the University of Minnesota, Morris. He was born on Aug. 11, 1989, in Grand Marais and lived there until graduation from high school. David is survived by his parents, Duane and Joan Ege of Grand Marais; his parents, Lori Cass and Tracey Callahan of Fridley; his brother, Dennis Dimka (Anna) of Minneapolis; his sister, Jessica Glaza of Minneapolis; his grandmother Kathleen Dimka of Port Edwards, Wis.; nine aunts; nine uncles; 22 cousins; and many, many friends.
Funeral services for Mark Ripley Krosch of Morris will be held Monday, Feb. 23, 2009 at 10:30 a.m. at Federated Church in Morris. Reverend Hilda Parks will be officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to services at the church on Monday. Burial will be on Tuesday, Feb. 24, 2009 at Riverview Cemetery in Elmore, Minn. Mark Ripley Krosch, a long time resident of rural Morris, departed this life on Feb. 17, 2009 at the Minneapolis home of his daughter. He was 96. He lived those years with courage, dignity, strength, and wit.
Funeral services for Darlene Jane Hauglund of Morris were held Monday, Feb. 16, 2009 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Alberta. Reverend Robert Amundson officiated. Burial was at Synnes Cemetery, rural Alberta. Darlene Jane Giese, daughter of Emil and Ella (Mesenbrink) Giese, was born May 23, 1927 in Horton Township in Stevens County, where she grew up and was baptized and confirmed at Zion Lutheran Church. She began her schooling at Country School District #20 and later graduated from the West Central School of Agriculture.

Ronald Evert Snell, son of Evert and Eveline (Towner) Snell, was born November 24, 1939 in Morris, Minnesota. He grew up in Chokio where he was baptized and confirmed at the United Methodist Church.
Funeral services for Hazel Quam of Chokio will be held Tuesday, February 17, 2009 at 10:30 AM at Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Chokio. Reverend Fred Morck will be officiating. Visitation will be held Monday from 4 to 6 PM at the Pedersen Funeral Home in Morris and for one hour prior to services at the church on Tuesday. Burial will be at Chokio Lutheran Cemetery, rural Chokio. Hazel Mildred Rowland, daughter of Charlie and Matilda (Lurun) Rowland, was born July 15, 1915 in Beardsley, Minnesota. She grew and received her schooling in Big Stone County, Minnesota.
Robert Louis Vogt was born Sept. 15, 1936 to Louis and Gretchen (Fecht) Vogt in Graceville. Robert was baptized at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Chokio by Pastor Fred Meske, Jr. on Sept. 27, 1936. He was confirmed in the Lutheran faith at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church in Johnson by Pastor Paul Kuske on May 28, 1950. Robert attended School District #35, Trinity Evangelical Lutheran School, West Central School of Agriculture, and the University of Minnestota.
Funeral services for David Wendt of Morris will be held Friday, February 13, 2009 at 2:30 PM at Hosanna Worship Center in Morris. Pastor Tom Fangmeier and Pastor Jim Albert will be officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to services at the church on Friday. Burial will at Summit Cemetery in Morris. Military rites will be provided by the Morris American Legion, VFW and AmVets. David Wendt, son of Elmer and Florence Wendt, was born on January 9, 1943 in Springfield, Minnesota.
