Josh Molden of Alexandria, who has acute lymphoblastic leukemia, focuses on the form of his wall sit during a physical therapy assessment at the University of Minnesota's Children's Hospital. Molden had a bone marrow transplant in March and is working on building his strength back up to what it was before the transplant. (Contributed)

Pam Molden posted this photo of her and her son, Josh, on Facebook June 6. The mother-son duo were heading back to Alexandria from the Twin Cities so that Josh, a senior at Alexandria Area High School, could attend Honor's Night. Josh has been in the Twin Cities following a bone marrow transplant March 31. June 6 was Josh's first day back in Alexandria since before his surgery. Josh was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia last September. (Contributed)

After his bone marrow transplant, Josh Molden, 18, of Alexandria, has had to spend a lot of time in the hospital. To keep himself busy, he puts together a lot of Lego sets, including this 2,704 piece Technic Porsche that was anonymously donated to him. (Contributed)
