Gabe Pipo of Garfield will donate this handmade commemorative fillet knife to the Rudy Zwieg Decoy Show raffle. He made the knife from a band saw blade. The show is Saturday, March 3 at the Broadway Ballroom in Alexandria.

Pipo resumes former hobby

Dewey and Judy Grove of Brandon have made a hobby out of crafting spearing decoys and other folk art. Dewey carves the pieces while Judy paints each item. The couple was featured as "Carver of the Year" at the Rudy Zwieg Decoy Show in Alexandria in 2011.
