Alexandria Municipal Airport is one of five year-round bases that LifeLink III operates in Minnesota and Wisconsin for air medical transport. This helicopter – an Agusta 119Kx – has been in ser-vice for a little more than a year. It’s equipped for medical transport and carries the patient, pilot, flight nurse and flight paramedic.
