Served up in a huge frying pan full of tater tot hot dish, Carlos Creek Winery attempted to set a record for the World’s Largest Hot Dish. Alexandria Iron and Metal custom-crafted the pan, which measured 5-feet across, and Depot Express catered in par-cooked hot dish, which was finished on the winery’s fire pit. A gigantic loaf of French bread was also served.

Dozens of boats were on display during the 27th annual Minnesota Lakes Maritime Museum’s annual Classic Boat Show Saturday at Arrowwood Resort and Conference Center in Alexandria. The show included classic watercraft from manufacturers such as Chris Craft, Gar Wood, Alexandria Boat Works and others.
