Kayla Roske, an instructor/trainer for Knute Nelson in Alexandria, leads a NeuroFit class Monday. Roske received the Paul M. Silverstein Community Service Award on Thursday for her efforts to help people with neurological movement disorders, particularly Parkinson’s disease.
